PHP header location problem with iframe

I'm integrating 3d-secure using PHP and an iframe. I need to call the parent page. I'm not sure of the syntax.
header(location:payment-page.html) but this would load it to the iframe, I need it to load to the parent page of the iframe. Also, same question, can I stipulate a target when defining a URL

thanks in advance ,
