sbsmonitoring sql warning message

I am getting the following error in my logs.

The configuration of the AdminConnection\TCP protocol in the SQL instance SBSMONITORING is not valid.

I have seen a couple of suggestions to check for a valid port but don't know how to access that information. Any suggestions?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The link suggested is rather long and mostly consists of people guessing at what is going on. What I did find was that the TCP connection for SBSMONITORING on my machine is disabled. Should this be set to enabled and is so do I have to do any manual configuration of the protocal settings?

Just Enable TCP/IP.
