FIleMaker Pro 10.0

We are running FileMaker Pro on a Win 2003 Terminal Server.  Right now, only two people- one an Administrator on the machine and one a user, can launch FMP and run the FileMaker database.  When anyone else tries, it brings up the FMP splash screen with an Initializing message appearing at the bottom of the splash screen for a few seconds and then it closes and doesn't launch.  No error message appears.  We have given these users full rights to the folder that FMP is installed in with no luck.  These people can launch FMP on other computers.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

fm also uses a pref folder in the account, etc... I am afraid you need to install it for each session.
check the event viewer to see what kind of error is reported.

Do you mean that it needs to install when logged in as each user?  They are not admins on the server.  Here is the error message in the event viewer.  Where is the pref folder located?

Faulting application FileMaker Pro.exe, version, faulting module unknown, version, fault address 0x000c0119.
local hidden folder is
"C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Roaming\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro\10.0\User.upr" for vista
now, I have never installed in such a configuration, I am just trying to see what it could be.
the closest thing I did was fm v6 with citrix metaframe, and this was ok.
according to the fm doc, one installation is enough, but you need a volume or site licence, not a stand alone version. but the weird thing is that licence violation is normally reported as such, not causing a crash...
I can't say much more... I guessed you digged the web for a similar situation, so might be useful to get in touch with fm.
