ZEND_DN and Multiple table JOIN

I am using the ZEND_DB adapter class and I creating a query with a join clause. When I call my  the adapter class it run forever.

I am not using db_select. This my own create query. However, if I call the method without any join it works.

Here is the class and function

class DatabaseService
      function DatabaseService($dbinfo,$dbname="")
            $dbConfig = array(
                'host'     => $this->host,
                'username' => $this->username,
                'password' => $password,
                'dbname'   => $this->dbname );
            $this->db = Zend_Db::factory($this->adapter, $dbConfig);
            catch(Zend_Exception $e)
                  $this->error = $e->getMessage();
                  return false;
   public function fetchall($sql)
            $res= $this->db->fetchAll($sql);
            return $res;

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please post the query.

Does the query work in phpMyAdmin or QueryBrowser?
