ADfind to list users in a specific OU that do not belong to any distribution list

Hi all,

I am trying to get a a list of users who are in a specific OU in Active Directory and do not belong to any distribution list using ADFIND or anything else I can use to get a list in windows 2003.

Take a look a this blog entry I wrote
The difference for adfind there is that I used -default for an OU you an use
adfing -b "DN of your OU"...

Is there a way to find out if the user doesn't belong to any group?  We have 1000's of distribution lists.
