I need to create a couple mailboxes for scanners (MFP Printers) to use to relay mail through our system.<br />

I dont want to create standard user accounts and mailboxes for this if I dont have to. &nbsp;Is there a new mailbox type that might be more suitable for this?<br />

The &quot;Equipment&quot; mailbox sounds like it might be right, but it says the user account will be disabled and I dont know if that will allow the POP/SMTP to authenticate throught he mailserver if the account is disabled?<br />
