Configure Windows Firewall to allow all traffic from one specific IP address

Is there a way to configure Windows Firewall on a 2003 server to allow all traffic from a specific IP address?

you may set up wide port range for a specific ip / network in firewall properties -> exceptions -> add port

Can you add a range of ports in the Exceptions Tab or do you have to do them one at a time?
