Help with unknown device

I have a Compaq SR1954NX that has an AMD 3700+ cpu and an ASUS A8N-LA motherboard. Recently I had to reload Windows Media Center 2005 on this computer, however after downloading all drivers from Compaq I still have one Unknown listed in device mgr. Everest has id the device as PNP device Intel Quick Resume Technology, but I have been unable to locate any drivers that work for this OS / mobo combo.

In the device manager, right click on the device and select properties.
Then select the "Details" tab
Use Ctrl+c to copy the device instance ID string.
Then paste it (Ctrl+v) in your reply.

Not to mention that it's on an AMD platform. I think if you install the latest release of the platform (chipset)driver, the problem will be resolved.
