Exchange 2010 Spam Filter

Exchange 2010 is there a built-in spam filter? i know in 2003 there was a built in options but 2007/2010 i am not sure looking for some guidance if so where can i disable it!! or how can i just disable the exchange spam filter 100%

Yes there is, you can either use the Edge Transport service which needs to be on a seperate server from any other roles or you can add the AntiSpam features to the hun transport role see here for more information:
