"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The Sender Filter agent acts on messages from specific senders outside the organization. Administrators of Edge Transport servers maintain a list of senders who are blocked from sending messages to the organization. As an administrator, you can block single senders (, whole domains (*, or domains and all subdomains (* You can also configure what action the Sender Filter agent should take when a message that has a blocked sender is found....for this click the below link and you will understand how to do it from the Exchange Server 2010 Edge Server itself....
Hope this will help you
Create a Hub Transport rule.
1.  Open up EMC
2.  Expand out Organization-->Hub Transport
3.  Crate a New Transport Rule
4.  Set the Condition to "when the From address matches text patterns"
5.  Type in your Email Address in the blue link.  Click on Next
6.  Set the Action to Delete the message without notifying anyone.

That works for me.
Thanks for clear instructions
