Sharepoint Sites moving to a different server

Hi

we are moving sharepoint Sites from one server to another server. But the domain name stays the same. The existing sites have infopath forms, Data form webparts and computed columns. What is the best way to do this move? What all we need to fix? Do I have to republish the forms? Since the domain is not changing the URL reference stays the same.

Any advise will be very helpful,

Thanks

the best way to do this is back up-restore for content databases..
and you can disconnect the farm from original server and on new server reconnect to existing farm database..
move server links:

Option 2:
you can use stsadm to back/restore the sites. this will take care of all your forms and other web parts..

one thing to remember.. you need to install all custom features which is available on current server to the new server to make it available once more.. other wise you will get some errors for that..

hope this helps.
