search term suggestion library or implementation strategy for a .NET application

I have a .NET web application, written in C#, which has a search function.  Right now it does a simple SQL match on fields in the database.  I'm curious if there is any 3rd party product out there I can use to implement search term suggestion functionality kind of like Google.  I really just need to anticipate word misspellings, not look for common term strings.

If no one knows of a library that might help with this (I haven't really been able to find anything), might you have an implementation strategy suggestion?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Looks cool.  Any idea how the developer license thing works?  I really only need one, but would like someone else to be able to build and maintain the solution, as a backup for me, but not concurrently.  Let me know if you happen to know from your experience if that would work.  Otherwise I'll just contact karamasoft support.  Thanks!
