SQL Server 2000 copy table data and structure

SQL Server 2000:

I would like to copy data, primary keys, identitiy columns, default values, etc from a particular table (products) and make a copy of it on another SQL server.

Please advise how can this be accomplished.

Would DTS be the simplest way to go? or is there a quicker and cleaner way to do this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is this in the wrong zone? 2005/2008

I believe you need to generate the script for the table (include all constraints, indexes, defaults) and run it at the target first.
DTS can then transfer the data.

Sorry but I couldn't find a zone for SQL Server 2000. How can I generate a script for the table (including all constraints, indexes, defaults) ?

In Enterprise Manager, right click on the database. One of the options is to Generate SQL Scripts
