thnkvantage password manager
Hi all,
My laptop has/had the thinkvantage password manager (think thats what it was called). It was getting in the way of me adding my exchange account to outlook. Initially I got it to manage the password however it kept popping up even though I had picked the 'automatically' check. And strangely if I got the manager to not enter the password or closed it, I couldn't log in at all, outlook kept prompting for my exchange username and password, and if I then just started the password manager again it would work. Very strange, as if you had to go through the password manager to get the password to work!!! Anyway, I then had some problems with my wireless connection, fixed now, however during the process I lost my exchange account (my fault, i thought the security was getting in the way somewhere), and now I can't add my exchange account anymore. I keep putting in my password, and it keeps prompting for details as before when the manager was closed, even though it was open. Furthermore, I have now uninstalled the password manager and the same is happening ... help? I know my detials are correct as work on other machines!
Thanks,
James
