Creating VPN Client key with Open VPN

I have successfuly created a server CA key with Open VPN. Tried running the option to create a client key but at the end of the process, instead of commiting the certificate request and updating the databse i get a message:
failed to update the database
TXT_DB error number 2
Couldnot find C:\program files\OpenVPN\easy-rsa\keys\*.old

How can I create the client key without getting this error?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
