hotfix install in a live server environment

I'm about to install the following hotfix http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/337408.htm on my server 2008 which consists of Exchange 2007 also.

It should be alright to install this in a live server environment right?
Thanks

should be OK, the server might prompt for a reboot after the install though if files are in use. so you may want to wait unti after work hours or do it at lunch time.

Make a full backup of your server first or if one happened last night then that is fine.
