Yes, I can access with it's hostname or ip address. Ther is no error message popup or in event log. It just asks for user password when trying access it with alias name.<br />

Can't open UNC share on the server &nbsp;with its alias name. On each other client there is no problem co connect to shared folder with DNS alias name. On the server itself it demand user/password and no credentials are suitable.<br />

Can't open UNC share on the server  with its alias name
