Windows 2003 Static route

I have 74.1x.2xx.3x:21050 forwarding to 192.168.1.254 which is a windows 2003 server DC. I need the server to send back request to a different GW. I forget the comannd line to do this.. IF some could be send me command line to add and also to remove the static route... Regards,
