Quick question. Is it possible to share XP mode with other users on the same computer. I have a WIndows 7 machine with XP mode configured for User A (applications, drive mappings, etc) and if I log on to the same machine as User B it would be nice to use the same virtual machine. So far the only way I can get it to "work" is to log on as User B, start XP Mode and let it run through it's initial creation, log off User B and log User A back on, then copy the folder "Windows Virtual PC" from the profile of User A to the profile of User B (overwriting the VM I just created for User B obviously). Then, I have my VM the way I want it, but now they're two distinct vm's (and double the disk space). Can I create a Public VM that all users who log onto a machine can access? I've tried simply sharing the VM but that just plain doesn't work. Thanks folks.
