Small BUsiness Server (SBS) 2008 User Permissions
Hi,
I set all users under Small Business server. Administrators are fine.
We are using the sbs as domain and active directory server. When i made my pc part of the domain and logged in as administrator i installed ms dynamics application. When i login as standard user and run the program it comes us as user not permitted.
How can i give access to users to certain programs in SBS?
it used to be simpler in previous versions. but in sbs it seems to be somewhere else.
thanks

Due to the change in Security Windows 7 seems to handle this better as a standard user, each program is different
Until the dynamics people revise their software to be "more secure", you'll probably have to run as a local admin on the workstation to get it to run.
OR
get a hold of the tracing software to track exactly what needs permissions
