Outloook 2007 Reminders Will Not Dismiss

A client running Outlook 2007 SP2 has about 19 reminders that appear every time they open Outlook.  If you dismiss them, they re-appear anyway when Outlook is opened.  I've run a repair on Office and an Office Diagnostic which came back clean but neither of these resolved the issue.  This client is not connecting to an Exchange server.  Other than this issue Outlook appears to function normally.  Suggestions?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I had to run that command a few times, and then open Outlook normally to clear them (Outlook re-populated the Reminders with old ones), but it worked!  Thanks!
