Sharepoint Services Timeout

We have SBS 2008 with Sharepoint Services. When we try to upload files greater than 30MB to our Sharepoint site, it times out.  Tried to increase the timeout in IIS and the maximum file size in Sharepoint Admin is >50MB.  Sames results local and remote uploads.

We tried following the Knowledgebase Article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925083       no luck.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

By default, SharePoint has a maximum file size related to file uploads. The default setting is 50 MB.  you can change this in cases where you need to increase the limit. The option, called Maximum Upload Size, is set in Central Administration > Application Management > Web Application General Settings.
It should be noted that this setting and the default IIS timeout go hand in hand. A common mistake people make is to increase the maximum upload size while not changing the IIS time out. When this happens, SharePoint will allow the larger file to be uploaded, but IIS could time out before the file upload can complete. Be sure to adjust the IIS timeout accordingly.

Finally, remember that the maximum file size applies to all files being uploaded when multiple files are uploaded. If you expect that users will upload multiple large files, you will need to account for this with the SharePoint setting and your IIS timeout
I recommend to use Sushi tool , this tool ignores the time out

All settings have been adjusted. I have even tried to figure out the sushi program, but I'm unable to figure out how to get a specific file to a specific folder within the sharepoint site. I am working with a microsoft rep from the partner portal and we are looking at the web.config files. But they seem to be ok.

1 thing to note, is when we  migrated from a server 2003 box to an SBS2008 box it renamed our companyweb, to oldcompany web. The site still works, but it goes by oldcompany web.

Honestly can't say what 100% fixed this issue, but I did get it resolved today. I can now upload up to a 50mb file. Over that still no go, but don't think it will be needed. One thing I did
was  in IIS:
Right click Old companyweb and choose edit site
Put in login credentials for physical path (was failing on test settings before I put in admin credentials)
