Access 2003: Convert report to pdf - have working logic - wondering if report could have web site links

Hi EE,

A couple of months ago, I received help as to how to convert an Access report to pdf.

Would like to include in the report these fields:
         instructor's email address
web link for the course catalog that lists all the courses

Is it possible to make these fields hyperlinks
the email address should open the user's email client (even if i do not know what client
                                                                                                 they use)
clicking on the web link would take them to the web site

similar to when i paste links into a word doc, the link show as blue and i can click to go
to the actual website

If converting Access to pdf will not carry these link notations, do you have ideas as to another approach - (do the report using Word VBA or Excel VBA or if there is such a thing PDF VBA)

tx for your help and ideas, sandra
