I need a resolution for this error--System Attendant Service failed to create session for virtual machine PDXSBS. The error

System Attendant Service failed to create session for virtual machine PDXSBS. The error
number is 0x80072030
i am getting the following two errors every min. what can i do to resolve?

This is on an exchange 2003 runnning on windows 2003 sbs and all service packs and updates installed. was working fine then one day these errors started.seems about the time i fixed the replicate prob.with ths server(pdc)  and the windows 2000 adv.server (dc)
