new office 2007 style ribbon bar in wpf application

Can anyone provide programming information on the ribbon bar for WPF in vs2008?  I see how command buttons work (tons of examples on that) but no examples for checkboxes, comboboxes, etc.

I would love to use this for an application I'm working on, but can't find very much information on it.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks for the links, but I'm looking for more programming instruction for non-button items. Putting buttons on the ribbon has a million examples, but I've not seen any instruction on the other control items.
