Event handling in VS 2008

I'm using Visual Studio 2008 and C#. Is there a way to access the non-default control events using the IDE like in VB.NET or does all event handling have to happen through code?

When you say "access the non-default control event using the IDE" what exactly do you mean?
All events for a control are accessible through the properties page of that control, so, not quite clear what you are asking for?
