Thunderbird Sent Folder Error

We're recently experiencing a weird error on Thunderbirds' Sent Folder.

1. If we try to read an email from the sent folder by clicking one of the sent email, then the content would appear to be totally blank. (From a 5 minutes old email)
2. But if we have a look at sent emails that are about 1 days old, then Some would be empty, but then some would display the WRONG content. (I.e content from another email from years ago).

We're using a postfix-dovecot mailgateway that fetches email from the ISP server using fetchmail.

have you tried the account on another machine?

if possible delete the account and recreate....backup up as always first
Sounds to me like the index may be messed up. I'd suggest closing TB, deleting the Sent.msf file, and reopening. The index will be automatically recreated when you view the folder again. (Find the location of the Sent.msf file by going to the Tools menu, Account Settings, then select Server settings for your account; the location is listed in the Local Directory box.) Be sure you delete only the .msf file, not the Sent file that has no file extension, as that's what actually contains your email messages.
