crm datamap "The column heading contains an invalid combination of data delimiters"

I am struggling setting up a DATA MAP in CRM.
I have successfully imported data, however, I am coming across the error:
"The column heading contains an invalid combination of data delimiters" and I don't know what to look for.

I stripped the import file down to ONE column (File attached) but it still comes up with the error.

Could somebody help?

What record type are you importing to?

And are you saying that the data imports fine but you get the error?

The file you posted seems fine.

Thanks for looking at the file.
Since posting the question - I was wondering myself what could be possibly wrong.
There are some unprintable characters in the file which when I stripped them out using the EXCEL Clean() function - the import worked fine.
Thanks again for your help.
