Create a local windows service

Hi everyone;

My issue is;
I have an executable file which i have to run continuously while server machine runing. When i put in startup folder it starts when first user logged on. if i define it as a service i deem my issue is going to solve.How to add an exe into windows service without using third party program.

I use a tool called fire daemon which is available on a free trial from here http://www.firedaemon.com/

It's pretty cheap to buy but it is very good, try it for 30 days and see if it's worth the $39
