[UltraEdit] From one line of 30 characters, to 10 lines of 3 characters.

Please suppose I have a text file with only one line, composed by 30 characters.
With a few commands, how can I split that single line into XXX lines composed by maximum 3 characters?

EXAMPLE:

Original file:
012345678901234567890123456789

Splitted file:
012
345
678
901
234
567
890
123
456
789
