How to play Audio in Citrix?

I have set up a published desktop application in Citrix 4.5 and as far as I can see it is all correct.
When I go onto the remote desktop, I am able to play .WAV files and they play at the client side but I don't seem to get any other audio from the likes of iPlayer or Flash.
Has anybody any idea how to resolve this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Okay do you have a policy enabled that turns on Audio?  You need to open the Presentation Server Console and select Policies, create a new Policy and enable the Audio option under Client Devices.  Then Apply that policy to all of your servers.

I have tried this and it still does not work.
If I am able to play .WAV files, I would have thought all audio was already enabled.
Any other ideas?
I did a quick google and found this:  Maybe you are missing the codecs?
