Recover deleted emails from Outlook 2007

If its beyond the retention period you can recover the items from the backup if you are using brick level backups (i.e. backing up the individual mailboxes).  Third alternative is to restore to the recovery group, take what you need and then delete the restore.

But hopefully the previous note worked.

mutahir, the Outlook is not Exchange server, but the link provided i'm really ;looking for to try.

I succesfully used this instructions to recover messages (as immediately as possible after deletion) that were deleted by my users using "shift+delete" (entire folders). Even the article is for Outlook 2003 I used also on Outlook 2007 PST files.

I haven't tried, but will tomorrow.

Be carefull - you must try as soon as possible after "disaster", orherwise any other received mesage will lower your recovery chances...

ok... we backed up the PST, so no emails are received.
