There are a variety of cleaning methods described in the user manual
Hovever it may be a sign of component failure - check the distance between repeats.

Depending on where the problem originates, this could be a failing wiper (cleaning) blade, faulty corona, or incomplete fusing.

If the distance between the repeating images equals to the circumference of the photosensitive drum, it's the wiper blade, the erase lamp or a corona problem.

If the distance between the images equals the circumference of one of the fuser rollers, then fusing may not be complete due to either damaged rollers or an incorrect temperature setting which may indicate a fuser component problem allowing toner to remain on the drum to be picked up on the next cycle.

I have tested some thing:
I note that if I print my document in Black so the printer doesn't wrong and the document printed is perfect.
If I print the same document in Color Mode then the printer presents the problem.
Then I note that only in color mode..
The distance from the right "Hello!" and its faded copy is 5.7 cm.
Before to call for guarantee, for your experience, what is the component to be replaced?
Thank you very much
