I am working on a network remotely. I am trying to update the license which has expired. I am using AVG 9.0 on all workstations and servers. I am trying to do this via AVG Admin Console 9.0.
I have followed AVG's recommendations for how to upgrade the licenses via sync settings, but when I look at the workstations, the old license is still showing and it is greyed out.
I have seen posts about the firewall, but nothing I saw worked.
When responding, please be specific in your posting as I am new with AVG Admin Console.
