Good replacement for REV 120?

Just found out that Iomega is discontinuing their REV drives, and I can't find any (new) REV 120 drives for my new server.  (Disks are still available...)  I have been very happy with them in the past for their quality/performance/price point. Any good recommendations for a suitable replacement?  A requirement is that it work with Retrospect.

Have you considered an external eSATA enclosure, such as an Icy Dock?  http://www.anandtech.com/show/2271  You do need an SATA controller that supports hot-swapping.

External 3.5" HDs are too large for them.  I've decided to snap up a 70GB REV before they're all gone.  Not optimal, but will suffice.
