Multiple users working on one workstation Lotus notes opening other 's mailboxes

I have a workstation that several users work on. When they open notes for the first time and click Mail other users show up. I have used Switch ID even, and the issue persists. Not only with Mail but contacts and calendar. How do I force it to display the user that is logged in to Domino?

We are on Notes 8.5
Have you tried multi-user client installation as it described in the Help
(or you can check it here )

I have. During the install I did select Multi-User

so each user logs into workstions under different network login/password?

what is the location of notes.ini and names.nsf?
If you checked multi-user then every new user (by user I mean windows/AD user, not Notes) that starts Lotus Notes should be prompted to do the initial Notes client configuration setup. Subsequently, the Data folder is created for the current user.

Doesn't that happen in your case?
Majo2469Author Commented:
Yes it creates them in %\Documents & Settings\%user%\Local Settings\Lotus\Data

try using Location documents that map to each user , specifying different mail files in each of their data directories. and pointing to their specific id's location. Also make certain that the ACL's of each persons mail limits the others access accordingly.
What happens when you switch windows user and open Notes?
Majo2469Author Commented:
After the other use logs in I start notes. Then it askes for the location of their ID. I point to it on a shared mapped network drive. It then prompts for their password, we enter that and then proceed to open notes. If we click Mail then their mail is displayed. However if we try and open their calendar, or contacts it shows the previous user's data there.
search if have notes.ini someplace outside of %\Documents & Settings\%user%\Local Settings\Lotus\Data . It could be in places such as c:\windows or notes program directory.
if it there, when notes starts it would not be using multiuser installation but shared instead
