How can I use my logo icon as a bullet point in CS3?

I have successfully converted my corporate logo into a bullet point in MS Word, and am trying to figure out how to do that in InDesign CS3.

How can  do that?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can either use the image inline, or create a font with that symbol
The inline image means click in front of your text and paste or import your image

Glenn,
Please provide a little more guidance. I create presentations and proposals where I use a lot bullet points. I have used the inline image approach, but that is monotonous and not worth the extra effort with all of the pasting and repositioning.

How does one create a font with the symbol?

To create a font with a symbol requires a third party application like fontographer - not for the faint of heart, it requires you're an expert with the pen tool.

Is this a feature that's in CS4, or is there someway to request this?

No, it's the same; CS5 out in 4 weeks, no idea if different; Would be nice if they offered same features as word.
