Rdpclip.exe hogging cpu

I'm having a problem with one machine.  When I Remote Desktop to the PC, rdpclip.exe takes up all the cpu usage.

Is this a problem on my machine or that machine?

I'm the network admin, so I remote to machines all day, ever day, so I hesitate to think it's my machine that's the problem.

Everything i'm finding online for this problem isn't really giving me any clue on what's going on.

The machine is running Windows XP Pro, SP3.

Any suggestions?
