Quickbooks Pro

I have two payroll clerks.  One that does only hourly payroll and one that does salary payroll.  I need to set up accounts for these people so the salarie clerk can see all data on all accounts and the hourly clerk cna ONLY see the data on the hourly employees.

Is this possible??

No.  User accounts only restrict the type of transactions and no finer control as to which type of transaction.
However, the two payrolls can be names as specific Payroll Schedules and the operators should be trained that all of their work is stored in an audit file.  So snooping can be discovered and can be dealt with according to company policy.
