Office Calendar does not sync correctly to iPhone

Seems to be corruption in the calendar data base.  iTunes sync to iPhone does not work correctly.  Missing appointments and some duplicates in iPhone.  Get same missing and some duplicate appointments using Mobile Me.

Double click on SCANPST.EXE does nothing in Vista 64-bit.

.pst file sizes are under 2G but shouldn't matter in MS Office 2003

Try running the ActiveSync test found at https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ to see if it kicks back any errors.

It looks like ActiveSync test is for Outlook 2007 and I have Outlook 2003.

scnpst64.dll exists at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033.  This is where I found
anyother SCANPST.EXE and can now run it.  Thank you!
I ran the program and it found only minor errors and I let it repair them.

I've exported the New Email Folder and then imported it again thinking it would clear up any corruption but my sync to the iPhone is still not working correctly.

I can clear the iPhone calendar.  Then when I sync it the iPhone reverts back to some old data which is nothing like the calendar in Outlook 2003.

I've tried all of the Apple trouble-shooting steps for syncing the iPhone calander to Outlook 2003.
In Itunes:
Edit - Preferences - Devices - Reset Sync History
Sync Calendar with replace calendar informaton on iPhone checked
The Sync completes but the calendar in the iPhone is still the old data.  Both the data sync'd from Mobile Me and the Calendar from the PC are the same, with the wrong data.

I've tried un-installing and re-installing Itunes and Mobile Me and have done a repair of Office 2003.

It seems like there is some buffer of calendar data on the PC that is getting sent to the Iphone instead of what is in the current .pst file.
