No disconnection tone or anything

Hello Experts,

I have UC520 Router & you can refer my Configuration for my issue
At this satge we have following scenario
when anybody made calls on  (voice-port0/1/1) means All incoming call which are coming  on (voice-port0/1/1) they diverted to 206 (ext.). If anybody are unable to receive call on 206 within 15 sec. then call Forward to my  Mobile from (voice-port0/1/0)

All is going Well, but I hung up the mobile phone after speaking on it and it didn't disconnect the call from skype,  can it recognise the tone from a disconnected call  and then disconnect the line? only issue is that if I hang up on my mobile the inbound call isn't disconnected although the person on the other end will here the disconnection sound and would normally hang up , when I disconnect after answering the call on ext206 it is silent, no disconnection tone or anything not sure if it can make a disconnection noise, or disconnect the inbound line.

Can anyone expert help me about this issue

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

can you do this exercise from your PSTN line using any normal analogue Telephone set, call to your mobile and answer it then hang up your mobile, in this case you should herd disconnect tone sum thing like busy tone

Please download file and follow the instruction how to capture & measure Frequency as well cadence

In your voice port setting, you have
 signal groundStart

Unless you have specific instruction from your phone company, it is more common to use loopstart.

Cisco's recommendation is to make sure you allow the calling party to hang up first before you hang up on your mobile.
