I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you mean the main navigation bar then yes.

In the customization area open your custom entity. In the form there is a section called Show in where you can tick any combination of Sales, Marketing, Service, Settings and Resource Center.

Don't forget to publish once you've made the change.

My problem solved. After creating a new entity, IIS server must be restarted to CRM reinitialize navigation bar items.

Strictly IIS does not need to be restarted - the browser may have been using cached objects.
