a)Index server are the same server where my application host.ite ram size is 4 gb.
b)Hard drive space more than 100 gb.
c)both the services are running state.

seems that you created Crawling policy for both incremental and full crawl
i think if you check the space inside the folder that contains the index service you will find that the drive is almost full, this occurs if the full crawl is repated so much.
so i suggest to change the index folder to another drive or server this can be achieved from central administration or to stop the full crawl.

i have checked default index file location and its drive have 124 gb free space.

i am telling the whole thing which i have done to create aproblem.
before i do these things search is working fine.
1.i create bdc file.and upload in "Import application definition".
2.Create a Content Database.
3.Add a scope and add rule for than BDC file.
4. Full Crawl for this content database but no item crawl.
So,after this i restart the iis.and serach is not working of the site and sitecollection.
i need some help whats the problem.

b) How much is the Hard Drive Space on the drive where Index location is set to?
c) Check from Central Admin --> Operations --> Services --> is the Search service running? There are two of them i.e. Windows SharePoint Search and Office SharePoint Server Search
