type TPoints = array of TPoint; <- how to make const out of it?

Hello experts :-)

type TPoints = array of TPoint;

MyPoints : TPoints =
point2... and so on... but how can I do it?

Question: how can I create const variable called MyPoints with let's say 3 pre- selected points?

Thank you

    MyPoints  : array[0..2] of TPoint = ((X:1;Y:2),(X:3;Y:4),(X:5;Y:6));

The thing is that I need to use MyPoints as a variable passed to methods so it need to be of type TPoints...

 TPoints = array [0..2] of TPoint;

    MyPoints : TPoints = ((X:1;Y:2),(X:3;Y:4),(X:5;Y:6));
