Bandwidth and traffic monitor recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for a utility that will tell me in real time what it moving in and out of my Exchange server (or perhaps something on Exchange that I just don't know about.)  Environment is Exchange 2003 and a SonicWall TZ270 and SonicWall ViewPoint.  ViewPoint is great for telling me a lot about what happened yesterday and over a range of days, but I'm looking for more immediate info.  Especially interested in anything that will tell me if one or more of my clients is surreptiously sending spam, unknown even to the client users.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

Imran999.   Also, I have spam filters for incoming.   How would that work for outgoing?

To imran999.  Would this be something I would use instead of my SonicWall appliance?

To luc_roy:  I printed the link and don't see anything about it being able to report on outgoing message traffic, but maybe it does that. That is, which outbound email emssages originated from which machine or IP address.  Even just a count would be good .  Does it?
