Is CourseBuilder even compatible with CS4?

IIRC, that was for UltraDev.

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

Isn't in the extension manager or isn't available through any menu or behavior option?

Tokee coursebuilder for DW CS4 is only available to elearning suite licence holders. If you are asking me to give you any links other than Adobe that is something I can't do.

Info from Illinois uni website:
Now, however, "Dreamweaver with CourseBuilder Extensions" is only available as part of the "Adobe  eLearning  Suite."  Adobe's eLearning Suite bundles together several major software products, including Flash ("with Learning Interactions"), Photoshop, Captivate, Presenter, etc., and is priced accordingly.

Vukorvaracan - I'm fairly sure I know what you're implying and I don't appreciate it, I'm simply looking (apparently in error) for a method to 'switch on' the coursebuilder aspect of Dreamweaver.  What's becoming apparent is that the version that I'm using, fully licensed by the way, doesn't provide it and it can't be added on, evidently my college has the eLearning build.  Thanks for the input...
