"Bad authentication request" from iMovie to Youtube

On the mac os x, using iMovie, I go to the Menu bar> Share> Youtube.

Popup: Add> Sign In> Chrome pops up> log in to my user account in youtube

Error pops up from Chrome/youtube:

"Bad authentication request."

I googled for this error, and nothing turns up.

What I tried:
* tried different youtube accounts, didn't work.

* logged off mac, and logged back, didn't work.

* used both chrome and firefox as default broswer, to load up, didn't work.

* ignored the error, but this won't allow me to upload.

How can I resolve this?

Thank you!

I should add that we see the error message AFTER already being signed in. So the first time you click on "Sign in", it won't show the error. The second time you click on "Sign in", it will show.

Also, the youtube "Record" option only records a ridicilous 2 min... so that option is also error prone.

I thought macs things easier...

Try signing-in using Safari. Chrome is still in Beta for the Mac.

I tried signing in in Safari, both for online recording, and for iMovie.
Same thing.

For online recording, it went upto 3min.
For iMovie, same error.

Have the correct username and password for your account on YouTube been entered into iMovie's settings?

nvs_victorAuthor Commented:
Yep. I'm already logged in to youtube, and after clicking Sign-In, it says the error.

Perhaps I should log off of youtube, and see what it says.
Will try friday or sat.
