how to monitor Q

Hi everybody
I want to monitor my queue in my edge transport server , anybody know how can I do ? for exampel I want to see how many mail are in Q at now and size of them or anything like this ...

i use this to monitor with, it includes exchange queue's obtained via wmi - and about a billion other options you can monitor.  alerts via sms, email, etc however you want to configure it.  graphs for historical data too

for this particular exchange server i have a sensor for number of messages in queue, and size of all messages in queue... the little box turns red if it's over my specified amount, and emails me/texts me
