IBM eServer Startup Problem

Hello EEs,

I have IBM XSeries Server running with MSSQL 2000,

This morning my server found shutdown & when i press power on to start it, it didn't, then i remove power cable & put it again then it started but the starting sound was not stopped as generally it stops after 5 secs.(as it always happens)
NOTE: "System LED Locator" in Front of the server (Operator Information Panel) was blue when i restart it again (No one is remotely accessing this server via IBM Locator)

Then I tried to shutdown the server but by holding shutdown button for more then 1 mints did not shut down then i again remove the power cable directly & put it in the Power Supply # 2 ( I have redundant power supply in it) then it started normally,

Now I request you to let me know by what cases it gives this error, since it is a online server i can not do any other troubleshooting in it.

FYI Server Model No is X236 (8841-1AG)

An earlier reply will be appreciated,

Many thanks
