Windows Server 2008 R2

I am getting this Error in the windows server 2008R2 in the Event logs

Event ID 10016:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{24FF4FDC-1D9F-4195-8C79-0DA39248FF48}
 and APPID
{B292921D-AF50-400C-9B75-0C57A7F29BA1}
 to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Hope to get the Excat Solution for this Soon

Thanks/Regards
Shaik

Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

Steps:
5) In the Component Services snap-in, expand Computers, expand My Computer, and double-click DCOM Config.
6) In the right pane, locate the program by using its friendly name.

After Completing this 5th Step when i reach to the next step i:e 6th Step, i could not find the Friendly Name of the CLSID, Can you please suggest me how to identify the name..
